Chairman

Nick has enjoyed a lengthy career within the telecommunications industry, and later founded The Sales Factory. An avid lover of all things aquatic, Nick loves to dive, sail, fish and surf as much as he can.

Founder & Managing Director

Jeff is an investor in intellectual property. He recently returned to New Zealand, and was looking for a managed boat maintenance solution, which has led to the development of BoatSmart HQ.

Director of Operations

Zach has worked as an engineer and First Mate on Superyachts, with years of marine experience. Recently, Zach has worked with tech forward businesses, engaging with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Director of Marketing and Technology

Steve was initially a BoatSmart HQ client, and was so impressed with the solution, he's now come on board as part of the team. Steve brings with him a wealth of international marketing and brand experience.
